HIBP has it:

In October 2019, security researchers Vinny Troia and Bob Diachenko identified an unprotected Elasticsearch server holding 1.2 billion records of personal data. The exposed data included an index indicating it was sourced from data enrichment company People Data Labs (PDL) and contained 622 million unique email addresses. The server was not owned by PDL and it's believed a customer failed to properly secure the database. Exposed information included email addresses, phone numbers, social media profiles and job history data.

But these leaks that were found by security researchers don't tend to become public. Question is, did someone else find this DB and will it eventually seep out.

Yup just got the HIBP email re one of my old non important accounts d'oh.  Email isn't attached to anything important and isn't actual phone number so I don't care.

But yeah I doubt this data ever gets out as it was a security researcher who found it at some marketing data company. And they apparently informed the FBI when they found it and got it taken down before announcing it.
