How can I improve my sleep quality?

Two words:

Whale Noises
Exercise and sunlight. There's no magical artificial cure - just healthy living.
sleeping pills, sleep earlier, sleeping sounds.
Sleep in multiples of an hour and a half more or less so as not to cut the REM phase or something like that ...
Waking up and going to bed at the same times each day can help your internal clock keep a regular schedule. Give yourself 30–45 minutes to wind down in the evening before getting in bed. This allows your body and mind to relax and prepare for sleep
