[Wall of shame] New reporting system to help admin(s) and mod(s)

Exclamation
Hi everyone,

I want to a suggest a new report system that works along with the existing one that will help tremendously admin(s) and moderator(s) and will involve the community (Users).

So the system i'm thinking of, would be a bit similar to the "Scam reports" section but will involve the community (RF users) and will cover more area(s): Malware Spreading, Multi-accounting, Leeching, Reputation related issues (Gang rep/False scammer accusation) and monetized link(s).

How does the system work:
There will be a new section called "Wall of Shame" or any other name of your preference, where a user (with at least 50 posts) can post a thread against another user for breaking the rules. Obviously there will be an appropriate template for that, i did not think a lot about this part of it, but i just want to throw some idea(s)/suggestion(s) about the template(s).

Malware Spreading Template:
1-User name + Link of the RF profile
2-Registration date (As most of these create their accounts and immediately start spreading their shit)
3-Link to the thread where the accused user (or nigger   as my dear friend @CBT likes to say) shared the infected software/program
4- File Name, File Size and File host
5-Screenshot(s) proving the the program(s) is indeed infected
6-A video/short clip proving the above as videos are harder to edit (@pompompurin is a fan of those)
7- Optional (A description of the virus: What type of virus/malware it is, what does it do etc.)

Obviously it will be at the discretion of the admin(s)/moderator(s) to accept the evidence as correct and take action(s) (but i will come to that later)

Leeching Template:

1- User name + Link of the RF profile

2- Registration date (Yes is it already available in their profile, but it will make it easier to the moderator/admin to have all the information at the same place (the thread)

3- Screenshots of the posts that are considered as repeated leeching with the link directing to these specific posts

4-Number of leeching post(s) if not all provided in "3"

Reputation related Issues Template:

1- User name + Link of their RF profile

2)Registration date (Some create alt(s) the same day of the incidence and rate themselves)

3) Link directing to the issue (Most probably a link directing to the reputation history of a user)

4)Description of the issue (It could be gang rep which is when certain user(s) copy/paste the same comment and rate the victim at the same time/period, or it could be making alt(s) to self rep)

5)Screenshot(s) proving "4"

6)Link to the profile of the users involved.

Monetized Link(s) Template:

1- User name + Link of their RF profile

2)Registration date (Some create alt(s) the same day of the incidence to get quick hits)

3)Link to the thread with the monetized link(s)

4)Type of monetized link(s), some are click to download and it generates a loop of ads which is beneficial to the user who posed it, some are fake download link(s) that take you directly to the ad(s), some even promote their shitty telegram groups and websites within PDF files etc

5) Screenshot(s) proving "4", especially with those E-books that are full of self-advertisement

6) Optional: short clips proving/describing how the ads appear on the monetized link

Benefit(s):

OK, now that we're done with the template(s), how this will help the community, admin(s) or moderator(s)?

1- The current report system is just a small rectangle where you can type the issue, not much space and it is not that appealing to the eye, and just for that a thread would help a lot both sides to visualize the problem and take action(s)

2- I would suggest that this section will only be available to user(s) that have a certain number of post(s) (50 would be a fair number, but if you think of any other number let them know). I think 50 would prevent troll(s) or new user from polluting this section, we don't want a duplicate of the scam reports section)

3-How does it involve the community? Well, RF user(s) would be able to contribute to the community with it being visible by other members and admin(s), just this point would encourage people to use this system.

4- I would strongly suggest that user(s) with 50 posts or more would be able to either up-vote or down-vote the thread, and any thread with 10 up-votes or more would automatically sent a notification to the admin(s)/moderator(s), so they can take a look at it [i think this will help to reduce the amount of false claims/ low quality report(s)]
Yes i see you coming with "But what if a group of people would agree on up-voting or down-voting to troll the system?" Well if the same user(s) abuse this system, they will have their permission to vote in this section removed for a certain time.

5- I also suggest an automatic system for every thread about a potential "Malware spreader" that has 10 votes or more that flags the accused user as such (Similar to the red label already put in place for user(s) that are accused of scamming). This will alarm any potential victim and refrain them from downloading the infected software(s)/program(s)

6-This system can also be a new requirement prior to posting a staff application (maybe 20 approved thread(s) in this new section), this will reduce the amount of staff application as most of them are denied, as will show who really is committed to RFs

Let me think what you think about it.

Thank you for having taken the time to read my garbage thread!  Rftechpony

Regards

Example:

Here an example of the suggested system:

Reputation related Issues Template:

1- Username: SLKaa / Profile Link: https://raidforums.com/User-SLKaa

2)Registration date: December 14, 2019/ Time Spent Online: 1 Day, 17 Hours, 32 Minutes

3)Link directing to the issue: https://raidforums.com/reputation.php?uid=121708299

4) Description of the issue: This user after upsetting me over a fake database posted for 8 credits have seen his reputation dropped to -3 by me, after that this user @SLKaa allegedly used 3/4 of his alt(s) to bring his rep average to the positive.

5)Screenshot(s):

https://prnt.sc/10v9blg

They prove that these accounts are made very recently and that most of them are referred by the same person
