Have you fulfilled the listed requirements?

I've read the requirements and I have fulfilled them.

Who are you, what do you do, and how did you find our site?

I'm a 16 year old kid who has been with this site since its creation,
being the 30th user to ever register on it. I came here due to there
being a switch in websites for raiding. I would mainly do hijacks on Twitch
streamers as it's funny as shit and makes loads of people on here laugh,
which I like. I've been here ever since, taking a few breaks in between due
to life commitments and such.

Do you have previous moderating experience?

Well, does being a former moderator on this website count? If so, then that
and a few other instances where I've had to be in charge. Whenever I'm given
a task I try my best to make sure shit gets done, and most of the time, it does.
Other than that, in real life experiences, I have showed examples of leadership
in my high school's marching band, because as an older member of the band it is
my job to set an example for incoming new members so that they can continue
sustaining the greatness of it when I leave.

What's the biggest thing you've learned since being on Raid Forums?

If there is one thing that I've learned on my journey on Raid Forums,
it's to be loyal. I don't think I've ever really been loyal to a site
online like I have been towards Raid Forums. I did quit for an extended period
of time last year, but that was due to School and Work not allowing me to commit.
Other than that, I've formed friendships on this site that have lasted awhile, and
that itself has taught me to stick with others, as I can form good memories along with
them.

Why would you like to be a staff member on Raid Forums?

I would like to be a staff member on this website because
it's an important position that I feel that I can take good
charge of, and I also care deeply about this site despite there
not being as much people on it compared to previous months.

What would you gain from being a staff member?

I would gain many things form being a mod, some things that I don't
have and some things that I already have. Things like responsibility,
effectiveness, loyalty, and many other qualities that can help me
in other situations that I may be faced with, not just those
on Raid Forums.

What would the community gain from you being staff member?

I wouldn't say that there is something really special about
me being a moderator compared to other moderators, what I
believe is that the community would gain another member to
the staff team that can help make the site a better place.
If anything, I can help moderate some of the forums sections,
as lots of mods already have control of the shoutbox.

What's your favorite section on the site?

I wouldn't say that I have a favorite section on the site,
but if I had to, it would probably be the Raiding section,
as I have fun seeing what types of raids/hijacks people are able to pull
off/try to pull off.

If you could pick a section to moderate, which would it be?

If I could pick a section to moderate, I would probably choose to
moderate part of the Raiding section, as it is where I had fun in the
most before I became a mod at that time.

I agree with Sematics, however, if activity on the forums were to change, I could see changing to a +.
